Step by step all process
Steps 1 Application form Collection & Submission In this consolidated phase, the applicant collects the prescribed application form from the concerned office, makes the required payment, and obtains a treasury challan. Subsequently, the completed application form, along with relevant supporting documents and the treasury challan, is submitted to initiate the licensing process.
Step 2 Site and Layout Plan Approval: After reviewing the submitted application and documents, authorities assess the proposed site and layout plan for compliance with safety standards. Approval at this stage ensures that the facility meets necessary safety requirements before further progression.
Step 3 Completion Certificate Submission: Once the site and layout plans are approved, the applicant is required to submit a completion certificate confirming the construction of the storage site according to approved plans and regulations. This certificate serves as confirmation that the facility is ready for operational use.

Step by step all process
Step 1 Form Collection & Submission: In this initial step, the applicant collects the prescribed Application Form from the concerned office, makes the necessary payment, and obtains the Treasury Challan as proof of payment. Subsequently, the applicant submits the completed Application Form along with relevant supporting documents and the Treasury Challan to the regulatory office for further processing. These documents typically include proof of ownership, site plans, safety measures, and any other required paperwork.
Step 2 Site Inspection by Inspector: After receiving the application and documents, an inspector is assigned to conduct a thorough inspection of the site where LPG cylinders are stored. The inspector assesses the safety measures, compliance with regulations, and overall suitability of the storage facility. A detailed report of the inspection findings is then submitted.
Step 3 License Issuance: Upon satisfactory inspection and compliance with regulatory standards, the applicant is granted the LPG Cylinder Storage License. This license authorizes the applicant to continue storing and handling LPG cylinders safely within the designated premises.
