Required list of all documents

  1. Filled-in prescribed Application Form [Original, duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer]
  2. Passport size photograph of the entrepreneur/ MD/Partner [1 copy of the photograph duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer]
  3. Land Deed (Ownership Deed, Leasehold deed or Rent Agreement) [Original Copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer (5 year)]
  4. Voucher, invoice etc. of procurement of machine [1 copy of the original for each document]
  5. Trade License (updated) [Original Copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer; the Trade License should be valid]
  6. National ID card of the entrepreneur [1 copy of the original]
  7. Feasibility study report [Required, if the business starts with the help of bank loans (if needed)]
  8. Fire License [Original Copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer; the fire license should be valid]
  9. Environment Clearance Certificate [Original Copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer; the Environment Clearance Certificate should be valid (required in particular cases)]
  10. Product certification by BSTI/BCSIR (All recognized org.) [Original Copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer (required if product line of the business includes human and/or animal food)]
  11. Certificate of Incorporation [Original Copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or a BSCIC officer (required if the business is enlisted as a company)]
  12. Payment/money receipt from BSCIC in favor of the application fee and registration fee [Original]

Step by step all process

Step 1 Collecting and Filling in the Application Form: The applicant collects the prescribed Application Form from the BSCIC Office or prints it from the BSCIC website, and fills it in with the help of a BSCIC extension officer.

Step 2 Preparing and Submitting the Application: The applicant gathers all required documents, attaches them to the completed Application Form, pays the necessary fee for the Application Form and registration at the BSCIC office, receives a money receipt from BSCIC in acknowledgment of the fees paid, and submits the completed Application Form at the BSCIC Office.

Step 3 Confirmation of Registration: The applicant receives a receipt number with an official stamp from the BSCIC office and a forwarding letter from BSCIC with confirmation of registration.

Renewal process

Required list of all documents

1. Filled-in prescribed Application Form for renewal of the registration [Original copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer]

2. Payment/money receipt from BSCIC in favor of the application fee and registration fee [Original copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or BSCIC officer]

3. Papers of registration with BSCIC [Original copy duly attested by a First-Class gazette officer or BSCIC officer]

Step by step all process

Step 1 Collecting and Filling Out the Application Form: Applicant collects the prescribed Application Form from the BSCIC office or prints the Application Form from the BSCIC website, and then fills it in with the help of a BSCIC expansion officer.

Step 2 Completing the Application Process: Applicant attaches the BSCIC registration papers, pays the required fee for the prescribed Application Form and renewal at the BSCIC Office, and receives the money receipt from the BSCIC Office in favor of the fees paid. Then applicant submits the filled-in Application Form at the BSCIC Office.

Step 3 Receiving the Renewal Stamp: Applicant gets the renewal stamp on the registration papers from the BSCIC Office.
