Step by step all process:

Step 1 Registration and Application: Prospective participants gather information about the Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) from newspapers or the official website. They acquire the application form, location map, and contact details of the pavilion. After filling out the application form and determining the stall location based on the provided map, applicants submit the completed form along with the required fees and a deposit, usually 40% of the quoted amount, to secure their application.

Step 2 Bid Process: Once all applications are submitted, the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) announces the date for opening the tender. During this process, EPB evaluates the bids and selects the highest bidder for the desired pavilion. Bidders eagerly anticipate the announcement of the winning bidder, which is based on the bid price quoted in the application.

Step 3 Payment and Allocation: Following the bid selection, the winning bidder is required to deposit the total payment for the stall in a bank nominated by EPB. Once the payment is confirmed, EPB allocates the stall space to the winning bidder. This step ensures that the participation process is formalized and the stall is secured for the upcoming trade fair.

Step 4 Venue Preparation: With the stall space allocated, participants are given a designated timeframe, usually around one month, to prepare their venue for the trade fair. This involves setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring that the stall is visually appealing and ready to attract visitors. Adequate preparation is essential to make a lasting impression and maximize the opportunities presented by the trade fair.

Step 5 Participation Confirmation: As the trade fair approaches, EPB confirms the participation of all registered participants and provides them with necessary instructions and guidelines for the event. This confirmation assures participants that their efforts in preparing for the fair are recognized and that they are well-equipped to make the most of the opportunities available during the event.
