Step by step process
Step 1 Form Collection and Document Preparation: Obtain the required form for Annual Endorsement from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) office or their official website. Simultaneously, prepare all necessary documents including service and technical profiles, trade license updates, tax clearance certificates, Bangladesh Bank certificates (if applicable), expanded network diagrams, equipment lists, and proposed tariff charts.
Step 2 Compliance Check and Submission: Ensure all documents meet regulatory requirements and fees are paid according to BTRC guidelines. Once verified, submit the completed form along with all accompanying documents to the BTRC office for review.
Step 4 Review and Approval: Wait for the BTRC to review the application and approve the Annual Endorsement under ISP License (NATIONAL/ZONAL). This step may involve further correspondence or clarification if needed. Upon successful review and approval, acquire the Annual Endorsement license from the BTRC, allowing the ISP to continue its operations in Bangladesh for the specified period.
