REGISTRATION OF HOTEL AND ISSUANCE OF LICENSE FOR HOTEL

  3. Attested copy of the deed of the partnership

  4. Certificate of nationality for each partner

  5. 2 copies of passport-size photograph with attestation

  9. Audit report by an independent chartered accountant

  10. Copy of valid Trade License [Attested by First-Class gazette officer]

  11. Copy of License from Fire office [Attested by First-Class gazette officer]

  12. Deed for Tenants and receipt of rent [In case of rental building]

  13. Layout approved by RAJUK or similar authorities [In case of own building]

  14. Copy of TIN Certificate [Attested by First-Class gazette officer]

  15. Copy of VAT registration [Attested by First-Class gazette officer]

  16. A detail chart of the employees of the hotel Original

  17. Medical certificate (by Civil Surgeon) of all the employees whose name is mentioned in the detail employee list [Original]

  18. Resume, experience certificate, and recruitment letter for each employee [Original, Attested by First-Class gazette officer]

  19. Treasury Challan of the submission of application fee

Step by step all process

Step 1 Obtaining and Submitting the Application Form: Collect the prescribed application form from the Ministry office or District Commissioner (DC) offices by paying the structured fee. Fill in the form and submit it along with the necessary documents to the appropriate office.

Step 2 Inspection and Review: The concerned officials from the Ministry (Assistant Secretary) or registration officials at the DC offices will inspect the business establishment and prepare a report based on their inspection.

Step 3 Payment of Scheduled Fees: Pay the required scheduled fees once officials have reviewed and approved the investigation report satisfactorily.

Step 5 License Issuance: Obtain the license from the concerned office upon completion of all prior steps and approval of the investigation report.

  2. Medical certificate for all the employees from civil surgeon or by doctors from only govt. approved medical college [As per form-7 to be found in ‘The Bangladesh Hotel & Restaurant Rules 2016]
