FIRE LICENSE

A fire license is a legal authorization issued by authorities, permitting individuals or entities to operate in compliance with fire safety regulations. It ensures that the premises, equipment, and practices adhere to fire prevention and control standards as stipulated by the Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting Act, 2003. This legislation establishes the framework under which fire safety measures are enforced, outlining requirements that must be met to mitigate fire hazards effectively. The license is vital for safeguarding lives, property, and public spaces against fire-related risks, ensuring a secure environment for occupants and visitors.
