Step 1 Collect and Submit the Application Form: Collect the prescribed application form from the BTCL office or website at no cost. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the BTCL office and receive a Demand Note.
Step 2 Deposit the Amount and Submit Payment Information to BTCL: Deposit the amount specified in the Demand Note at Basic Bank and submit the payment information and receipt to the BTCL office as proof of payment.
Step 3 Obtain Telephone Connection: Obtain the telephone connection from BTCL, completing the process.
