Step 1 Application Form Collection and Submission: Applicant/Exporter collects the application form for BFVAPEA membership from the BFVAPEA Office by paying the required fee for the application form. They fill out the application form with all the required information and details and deposit the membership fees to the designated bank either through pay-order or cash. Following this, the completed application form along with all the necessary supporting documents are submitted to the BFVAPEA office.
Step 2 Document Verification and Approval: Officials of BFVAPEA carefully examine and verify all the submitted documents to ensure compliance with membership requirements. If satisfied, they proceed to approve the BFVAPEA Membership Certificate.
Step 3 Notification and Certificate Collection: The applicant/exporter is notified via phone call when the BFVAPEA Membership Certificate is ready to be collected from the office. They then visit the BFVAPEA office to receive the BFVAPEA Membership Certificate upon notification.
