Step by step all process:

Step 1: Application Form Collection and Submission: The applicant acquires the Membership Application Form from the BEIOA’s Helpdesk and submits the completed form along with the required documents and signatures. The application is addressed to the Secretary General and can include signatures by both the applicant and their representative, if applicable.

Step 2 Application Verification: The Dealing Officer of the Membership Section carefully reviews the submitted Application Form and accompanying documents. If all requirements are met and documents are in order, the application proceeds to the next stage.

Step 3 Approval and Issuance: The verified application is forwarded to the Membership Committee for approval. Upon approval by the Membership Committee, the Secretary General approves the Membership Certificate. The certificate is then sent to the Membership Section for further processing. Finally, the applicant can collect their approved Membership Certificate from either the Helpdesk or the designated Dealing Officer.

Step 1 Payment and Documentation Submission: The applicant initiates the renewal process by both submitting the renewal fees through a Pay Order and compiling all necessary documents. This step ensures that both the financial and administrative aspects are addressed simultaneously, streamlining the initial stages of the renewal process.

Step 2 Document Verification: The Membership Section’s Dealing Officer meticulously verifies the submitted documents. If all documents are in order and meet the association’s criteria, the application proceeds to the next stage.

Step 3 Approval Request: Upon successful document verification, the application is forwarded to the Secretary General for final approval. This step involves administrative oversight to ensure compliance with association regulations and standards.

Step 4 Approval and Certification: The Secretary General reviews the application and, if satisfied, grants approval for the renewal of the membership certificate, signaling acknowledgment of the applicant’s continued affiliation with the association.

Step 5 Certificate Collection: With the renewal approved, the applicant retrieves the Renewal Membership Certificate from the designated Helpdesk or Dealing Officer. This final step completes the process, providing tangible evidence of the renewed membership status within the association.
