Firstly, they need to collect the prescribed application form from either the District or Head Office of the Department of Jute. Once they have the form, they proceed to a designated Treasury or payment center to fulfill the necessary fee payment. Upon payment, they receive a Treasury Challan as proof. Finally, they submit the filled-in application form, along with supporting documents and the Treasury Challan, to the Director General of the Department of Jute at the Head Office. This step is crucial as it officially initiates the renewal process and ensures that all required documentation is submitted for further processing and scrutiny.
