Process Steps
Step 1 Submission of Application Letter and Supporting Documents: Applicant submits the Application letter along with the L/C Authorization form and Declaration Letter to his nominated Bank in the usual manner
Step 2 Assessment and Issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) by Nominated Bank: Applicants nominated bank, after being satisfied that the documents given by the applicant are complete and correct in all respects, then provides No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the applicant and endorse a copy of Certificate to concerned import control authority
Step 3 Obtaining the Certificate: With the No Objection Certificate (NOC) obtained from the nominated bank, the applicant completes the process by securing the required certificate
