Step by step all process

Step 1 Application form collection & submission: To begin the process of obtaining an environmental clearance certificate, applicants access and complete the required forms from the Department of Environment (DoE) website. Simultaneously, they deposit the specified fee via treasury challan at a designated bank and compile necessary documents as per the DoE checklist. Subsequently, applicants submit all forms and documents to the nearest DoE office, initiating the formal application process.

Step 2 Document Verification, Field Investigation, and Assessment: After submitting the application and required documents, the Department of Environment (DoE) conducts a detailed review. Officials verify document completeness and compliance with regulations. Simultaneously, DoE conducts a field investigation at the applicant’s site, assessing factors like sound and carbon emissions to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Step 3 Approval and Collection: If satisfied with all submitted documents and field investigation results, DoE officials approve the environmental clearance certificate for installation. The applicant collects the approved environmental clearance certificate from the DoE office for installation purposes.

Step by step all process

Step 1 Arrange Documents, Deposit Fee, and Submit to DoE Office: The applicant arranges all required documents, fills them out, and deposits the environmental clearance fee at the designated bank using a treasury Chalan. After obtaining the treasury Chalan receipt from the bank, the applicant submits all documents along with the treasury Chalan receipt to the Department of Environment (DoE) office.

Step 2 Document Verification and Field Investigation: Officials from the DoE office verify the submitted documents. They also conduct a field investigation to assess sound levels and examine carbon emission levels associated with the project.

Step 3 Approval and Receipt of Renewal of Environmental Clearance Certificate: If officials are satisfied with the submitted documents and field investigation results, they approve the renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate. Upon approval, the applicant receives the renewed Environmental Clearance Certificate.

Fee schedule

The Environmental Clearance Certificate fee is 1/4th of the previous Treasury Chalan/ Environmental Clearance Fee + 15% VAT
