Step by step all process
Step 1 Application form collection & submission: Applicant collects the information, application form, and relevant documents from the concerned office, and submits them to the dispatch section.
Step 2 Initial Checking and Review: Upon submission, the dispatch section verifies the application and documents for completeness and basic requirements. The Managing Director then reviews the application for initial suitability before forwarding it to the Chief Engineer. The Chief Engineer evaluates technical aspects and arranges a meeting for further discussion, ensuring thorough initial review.
Step 3 Recommendation and Approval Process: After initial checks and detailed evaluation, the Executive Committee reviews the application. It then goes to the Environment and Monitoring Department for environmental assessment validated by the GIS cell. The department provides a recommendation based on these assessments. The Managing Director grants final approval upon receiving the recommendation, and the Environment and Monitoring Department issues a demand note detailing fees for the applicant.
Step 4 Final approval: After deposits the fees to the bank and submits the receipt to the concerned department. Applicant obtains the approval, completing the process.
