Step by step all process:

Step 1 Application Form Collection and Submission: The applicant collects the prescribed Application Form from the BTCL Office or website at no cost and submits it along with other necessary documents. Upon submission, the applicant receives a Demand Note.

Step 2 Payment and Payment Information Submission: The applicant receives the Demand Note and deposits the specified amount mentioned in the Demand Note at either the BASIC Bank or the Ramna branch of Social Islami Bank Ltd. After depositing the amount, the applicant submits the payment information to BTCL for verification and processing.

Step 3 VPN Connection Acquisition: Upon successful processing and verification of payment information, the applicant obtains the Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection as per their request.

Free schedule:

1. L3 VPN rate is 10% higher than L2 VPN connection
2. 15% VAT will be added with VPN charge
3. VPN(BW) Installation charge is Tk 5000
4. Local loop Installation charge is Tk 5000
5. Local loop monthly recurring charge is Tk 1000 for first 500 meter per core and Tk 1.5/meter/core for rest of the local loop fiber.
