EXPORT PERMIT
In Bangladesh, the export permit system is governed by the Bangladesh Economic Zones Act, 2010. This Act establishes the framework for managing economic zones and mandates the issuance of export permits by the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA). It ensures that goods exported from these zones meet regulatory standards and supports the country’s trade and economic growth.

Step by step all process
Step 1 Application Submission and Document Verification: The process begins with the submission of the application via the OSS online system. Once the application is received, it undergoes verification of documents to ensure all required information and compliance standards are met. Upon successful verification, the export permit is awarded.
Step 2 Permit Awarding and Confirmation Procedures: Following this, a confirmation is sent to Customs at the zone gate to inform them of the approved permit. The Customs authorities then proceed to generate the gate pass, which authorizes the movement of goods. Finally, the process concludes with the confirmation of verification received from the ports, ensuring that all export procedures are completed and the goods can be shipped.
