Step by step process

Step 1 Application Submission and Fee Payment: The applicant submits a formal request for the Export Certificate on the company’s letterhead and pays the required fees, receiving a money receipt as proof of payment.

Step 2 Document Submission and Verification: Following the application submission, all relevant documents related to the exportation are compiled and submitted to the Regional office of BFFEA. These documents undergo thorough verification to ensure they comply with the regulations and standards set forth by the association and any applicable governing bodies.

Step 3 Certificate Preparation and Approval: Once the documents have been verified and deemed compliant, the Regional Office proceeds to prepare the Export Certificate. This involves drafting the certificate with the necessary details regarding the consignment and its compliance with relevant regulations. Subsequently, the certificate is submitted for approval by the Regional Vice President.

Step 4 Certificate Issuance: Once approved, the finalized Export Certificate is provided to the applicant by the Regional office, completing the process and enabling the consignment’s exportation.
