Step by step process

Step 1 Plant Establishment and Application Submission: Before applying for a Membership Certificate, establish a processing plant as per the criteria set by the BFFEA. Subsequently, submit an application addressed to the President of the Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters Association to the Regional office of BFFEA.

Step 2 Documents Verification & Review: The Regional Office of BFFEA meticulously examines the submitted documents to ascertain compliance with the association’s stringent requirements. This comprehensive verification process ensures that all necessary criteria are met. Upon successful verification, the documents are promptly forwarded to the Head Office for thorough review and assessment by senior officials.

Step 3 Board Meeting and Decision: The Head Office places the application before the Board during their monthly meeting. The Board convenes to discuss the application, assess adherence to membership criteria, and makes a decision based on the presented documentation.

Step 4 Issuance of Certificate: If the Board’s decision is positive, a Membership Certificate will be issued by the Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters Association.

Step by step process

Step 1: Application Deposit Subscription Fee: To initiate the renewal process, the member must first deposit the subscription fee as per the guidelines set by the BFFEA. This fee ensures continuity of membership and supports the association’s activities in promoting and regulating the frozen foods export industry.

Step 2: Submission of Documents at Regional Office: Once the subscription fee is deposited, the member is required to submit all necessary documents for renewal at the designated regional office of the BFFEA.

Step 3: Regional Office Receives the Documents: Upon submission, the regional office of the BFFEA receives and verifies the documents provided by the member. This step ensures that all necessary paperwork is in order and meets the association’s renewal criteria.

Step 4: Completion of Renewal Process: Once the regional office confirms the completeness and accuracy of the submitted documents, the renewal process is considered complete. The member’s information is updated in the association’s records, and a renewed Membership Certificate is issued, reaffirming their continued affiliation with the BFFEA.
