Step by step process
Step 1 Application Initiation and Submission: Applicants initiate the Pesticide Advertisement License process by collecting the application form from the Plant Protection Wing, DAE. They then deposit the required fee, obtain a Treasury Challan, and submit Form No-11 along with all necessary documents for review at the same office.
Step 2 Application Reception & verification: The Office Assistant (Pesticide Administration) receives the application and passes it on to the Pesticide Regulation Officer (PRO) for the initial review and processing. Following this, the PRO examines the application and accompanying documents before sending them to the Assistant Deputy Director (ADD) and Deputy Director (DD) for additional evaluation.
Step 3 Approval and Certificate Issuance: Upon verifying all documents, the Deputy Director approves the file, returning it to the PRO via the ADD for further processing. Simultaneously, the Office Assistant prepares the Certificate of License, which the Deputy Director signs, finalizing the Pesticide Advertisement License issuance.
Step 4 License Receive: Applicants receive the Pesticide Advertisement License for pesticide distribution, completing the process.
