The regulation and registration of boilers are critical components in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these essential industrial devices. Boilers, which are used to generate steam or hot water for a variety of applications, must meet stringent safety and operational standards to protect both individuals and property.
In this context, the registration of boilers is governed by legal frameworks that ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. One such framework is provided by The Boiler Act, 2022, which establishes the legal basis for the registration and oversight of boiler operations.
