Step by step all process
Step 1 Submission of Initial Documents for Visa Recommendation: Submits the first three documents from the required list to obtain a Visa Recommendation.
Step 2 Visa Recommendation Letter Validity: The applicant can stay or come for three months after receiving the Visa Recommendation Letter.
Step 3 Collection and Completion of Work Permit Form and Fee Payment: Collects the Work Permit Form from the Zonal Office of EPZ, completes the form, arranges seven sets of all supporting documents, submits the application along with seven sets of documents, and deposits the fees at the Zonal Office of BEPZA.
Step 4 Verification and Forwarding by Zonal and Head Office: Zonal Office verifies the application, sends it to the Head Office with a forwarding letter, where Enterprise Services (ES) of the Head Office further verifies the application and submits it to the Standing Committee of the Work Permit. Finally, the ES Standing Committee takes a decision on the application.
Step 5 Issuance & Distribution of Work Permit: The Head Office issues and sends the Work Permit to the Zonal Office, and the Zonal Office sends the Work Permit to the company/applicant.

Step by step all process
Step 1 Collect From & Submission: To initiate the renewal process for a work permit, start by collecting the renewal form from the Zonal Office of the EPZ. Once you have the form, complete it thoroughly and prepare seven sets of supporting documents required for the application. After completing the form and organizing the documents, submit the application along with the seven sets of documents to the Zonal Office. At this stage, also deposit the required fees as specified by the EPZ regulations.
Step 2 Verification and Committee Decision: The Zonal Office verifies the application and forwards it to the Head Office with a forwarding letter. At the Head Office, the Enterprise Section reviews the application and submits it to the Standing Committee of Work Permit for decision. The Standing Committee of Work Permit makes a decision on the application.
Step 3 Issuance of Renewed Work Permit: The Head Office sends the renewed work permit to the Zonal Office, which then forwards it to the company/applicant.
