CONSTRUCTION PERMIT BY RAJUK

A Construction Permit issued by RAJUK (Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha) is an official approval allowing individuals or entities to commence construction activities within designated areas. Governed by the Town Improvement Act 1953, this process involves plan reviews, compliance checks, and adherence to building codes. The permit ensures that structures are safe, meet regulatory standards, and contribute to urban development while promoting orderly growth and maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the city. The Act provides the legal framework for RAJUK to regulate urban development, review construction plans, enforce building codes, and grant permits based on compliance with established guidelines.
