Step by step all process
Step 1 Application Submission and Advertisement: Both parties submit application letters to their respective BSCIC offices and place a newspaper advertisement.
Step 2 Evaluation and Legal Verification: The state office forwards the application to the Deputy General Manager (DGM) for evaluation. After DGM’s assessment, the application proceeds to the Regional Director (RD) and then to Dhaka office for Chairman’s evaluation. Simultaneously, all deeds undergo legal verification by a BSCIC advocate.
Step 3 Chairman’s Approval: Upon satisfactory verification of deeds and documents, the Chairman approves the application.
Step 4 Fee Payment and Permission Issuance: The applicant settles any utility bills and deposits the transfer fees at the BSCIC office. Subsequently, the applicant receives the permission for the ownership transfer.
Step 5 Completion: The ownership transfer process is completed, allowing for seamless transition and legal documentation of industrial plot ownership under BSCIC.
