Step by step all process
Step 1 Application Submission to BIDA with Supporting Documents: The applicant initiates the process by submitting a comprehensive application to BIDA. This submission includes all necessary supporting documents, such as ownership proofs, project details, financial capabilities, and business plans.
Step 2 DC Office Clearance and Inspection: Upon receiving the application, BIDA forwards it to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) office for clearance. The DC office then conducts a thorough inspection of the proposed site. This inspection evaluates factors such as site suitability, environmental considerations, and adherence to local regulations. The findings of the inspection are documented in an inspection report.
