Step by Step process
Step 1: Application Submission and Form Collection Applicant collects the prescribed Application Form from City Corporation/ Municipality’s relevant Zonal office and submits the filled-in Application Form to the Taxation Officer along with supporting documents.
Step 2: Inspection and Fee Payment The submitted Application Form and supporting documents are processed by the Taxation Officer. Subsequently, the premises are inspected by the Licensing Supervisor. Following the inspection, the applicant deposits the scheduled fees at the City Corporation/ Municipality/ Union Parishad office.
Step 3: License Issuance Upon completion of the inspection and fee payment, the applicant obtains the trade license from the City Corporation/ Municipality/ Union Parishad office.
